We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered processing or fulfilment.
If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, or if a change to your order is required, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information and/or phone number provided when the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under applicable Australian consumer law.
Products purchased from Uso Collective are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine errors as permitted by law.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

Uso Collective currently ships within Australia. Available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and may also be outlined in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, weather events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to ensure orders are prepared and dispatched appropriately. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law if goods are lost, damaged, faulty or not delivered as required by law.
Where local pickup is available, customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready for collection before attending the pickup location.

Our Services, including but not limited to our trademarks, brand names, logos, text, images, graphics, product designs, photographs, video, audio and website content, are owned by or licensed to Uso Collective and are protected by applicable Australian and international intellectual property laws.

Uso Collective’s names, logos, product names, designs and slogans may be trademarks or intellectual property of Uso Collective or its licensors and must not be used without prior written permission.
Shopify’s names, logos, products and services remain the property of Shopify and its respective licensors.

Uso Collective is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Uso Collective.
Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our online store. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not the seller of products purchased directly from Uso Collective.

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve its services.
