Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Uso Collective.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING

We currently ship within Australia only.

Our shipping options are:

  • Standard Shipping: $11 AUD
  • Express Shipping: $15 AUD
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $150 AUD or more

Shipping rates and available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed and prepared for dispatch as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at usocollectiveco@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: approximately 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, peak periods, public holidays, weather events or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

PRE-ORDERS

Products marked as PRE-ORDER are not immediately available for dispatch.

Estimated production and dispatch timeframes will be stated on the relevant product page where available. Any shipping timeframe selected at checkout begins after the pre-order item has been completed and dispatched, not from the date the order was placed.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may be shipped together once all items are ready unless otherwise stated.

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pickup is available where shown at checkout.

Please wait until you receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification before coming to collect your order. Pickup details and instructions will be provided once your order is ready.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by delays outside our reasonable control. We will assist where reasonably possible if there is an issue with your delivery.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
